NewBanger is one word, but plenty of people search or type it as two words, "New Banger". Either way gets you to the same platform.

Go to the signup page and pick your account type: Musician, Playlist Curator, Music Blogger or Influencer. Fill in your details, then enter the 6 digit code we email you to activate your account.

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is not there, tap Resend code on the verification screen. You need to verify your email before you can log in. If the code still does not arrive, message our support team and we will sort it out.

Each account has one role, and our terms allow one account per person. If you need a second role, contact support before opening another account and we will set you up properly.

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email address. We will send you a link to set a new password.

You choose a package and we pitch your song to playlist curators matched to your genre. Every package runs as a 30 day campaign, and the package you choose sets how many curators hear your song. Each curator listens, then either adds your song to their playlist or tells you why it was not a fit. Current packages are on our pricing page.

No. What we guarantee is that real curators listen to your song and respond. A curator only adds a song that suits their playlist, so placement is always their decision. If a curator passes, you get written feedback you can use on your next release.

Curators have 72 hours to respond to a pitch. When a curator accepts, they add your song within 24 hours and keep it on the playlist for 30 days.

Playlist campaigns currently run on Spotify. We will add more platforms as our curator network grows.

Not at the moment. We match your song to curators by genre, mood and audience so it reaches the right listeners. You can see every curator response in your dashboard as it comes in.

You pick a platform, a creator tier and the number of videos you want. Your campaign goes live when you launch it. Verified creators then claim a slot and post a video using your sound. You pay per video.

Basic creators have 1,000 to 10,000 followers. Micro creators have 10,000 to 50,000 followers and cost more per video. Current prices are on our pricing page.

Yes. Every video appears in your campaign for you to approve or reject. If you reject one, you choose a reason. The creator then has one hour to fix the video once or appeal to our team.

You only pay for videos that are delivered. Money for slots that go unclaimed is refunded to your NewBanger wallet.

Basic Blog gets your music covered by music blogs in our network and is priced per publication. Premium Blog is a feature on a major outlet such as Notjustok, Vanguard or The Guardian and is priced per feature.

Basic coverage updates usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Premium outlets each have their own turnaround, which you see when you choose one. It ranges from a few days to two weeks.

No. Tone and editorial decisions stay with the blogger. That independence is what makes the coverage believable to readers.

Most campaigns begin within 24 to 48 hours of payment. TikTok and Instagram campaigns go live as soon as you launch them.

Open My Campaigns in your dashboard and select a campaign. Playlist campaigns show each curator's response, feedback and playlist link. Social campaigns show every video link and its status. Blog campaigns show your published links.

A campaign cannot be cancelled once it is in progress. If something looks wrong, contact support straight away. If the campaign has not started yet, you may qualify for a refund under our refund policy.

No. All communication goes through NewBanger, which protects both sides. If you have a concern about a campaign, raise it with our support team.

Yes. You can run as many playlist, social and blog campaigns as you like at the same time, each tracked separately in your dashboard.

All payments go through Paystack, so you can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD. Playlist and blog campaigns are paid at checkout. TikTok and Instagram campaigns are paid from your NewBanger wallet, which you top up first.

Go to Wallet in your dashboard and click Add Funds. The minimum top up is ₦1,000. If you are outside Nigeria you can top up in US dollars, with a minimum of $5.

No. Wallet funds can only be spent on NewBanger campaigns and cannot be paid out as cash.

On the order summary at checkout, click "Have a discount code?", enter your code and apply it. Each code can be used once per account.

Yes. You can request a refund for a payment error, a duplicate charge, or a campaign that has not started or been assigned. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not given for stream numbers or results on a campaign that was delivered. Visit our refund policy page for full details.

Refunds for unclaimed social slots go to your NewBanger wallet automatically. Other approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, unless they are credited to your wallet.

Playlist curators need at least one active playlist with 500 or more saves. Influencers need at least 1,000 followers on TikTok or Instagram. Music bloggers need an active blog with regular readers. Joining is free.

Verify your email and complete your profile. Our team reviews every curator before they start receiving work. Playlist curators add their playlists by pasting a link. Influencers connect TikTok or verify their Instagram account.

You have 72 hours to accept or decline each pitch. If you accept, add the song within 24 hours and keep it on the playlist for the full 30 days. If you decline, give the artist honest written feedback.

When you reserve a slot, a 2 hour countdown starts. Post your video and submit the link before it ends. If you cannot make it, release the slot so another creator can take it. If the countdown runs out, that campaign closes to you.

You have one hour to respond. You can send one corrected video or appeal to our team, but not both. If you do nothing, the slot is released to another creator.

Curators are paid weekly for completed reviews and placements. Payments are processed every Monday for the previous week's work. The minimum payout is ₦5,000 for influencers and bloggers and ₦50,000 for playlist curators, sent to your verified bank account.
