Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital promotional services, most campaign purchases are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was processed in error (e.g. incorrect amount charged).
  • A duplicate transaction occurred.
  • The campaign has not yet started or been assigned to a service provider.
  • A Service Provider fails to initiate the agreed campaign within the specified timeframe.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with streaming numbers or engagement levels.
  • Viral expectations not met — NewBanger does not guarantee virality.
  • Algorithm performance on third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
  • Promotional services that have been fully delivered.

NewBanger does not guarantee specific performance metrics. Campaign outcomes are influenced by multiple external variables including content quality, audience behaviour and market conditions.

4. Partial Refunds

If a campaign is partially delivered, NewBanger may issue a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the services. Partial refund amounts are determined at NewBanger's sole discretion based on a review of the campaign activity and delivery status.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorised chargebacks (payment disputes filed without contacting NewBanger first) may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account.
  • Permanent restriction from future use of the Platform.
  • Legal recovery actions for the disputed amount plus associated costs.

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

7. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please include the following information:

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • Order ID or transaction reference.
  • Campaign details (platform, package, date of purchase).
  • Reason for the refund request.
